Película de animación directa a vídeo que adaptará el cómic "Gods and Mortals", creado por George Perez, y que sirvió para darle nuevos aires al personaje de Super Woman (Mujer Maravilla). Es el cuarto film que adapta las historias de DC, seguido de Superman Doomsday, Justice League: The New Frontier y Batman Gotham Knight, estará dirigido por Lauren Montgomery (director del segundo acto de Superman Doomsday) y del guión se encargarán Gail Simone y Michael Jelenic. Como las demás películas animadas de DC, está producida por el prestigioso animador Bruce W. Timm.

The origin story of DC Comics greatest heroine, Wonder Woman, is given a modern update in this sleek animated movie. It begins among the legendary Amazonians, a race known for producing brazen, brawny beauties. When an American pilot crashes on their island haven, Wonder Woman (Princess Diana), begins her long history of breaking tradition by bringing the lost airman back to the States. But her struggles aren't over when a familiar villain threatens to obliterate the Earth starting with the Amazonians! This adventure features the voices of Keri Russell, Nathan Fillion, Rosario Dawson, and Alfred.
